Aventility is a one-person content marketing practice run by Aarohan Vishnoi in India. This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website, book a call, or email me. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
This site has no contact form, no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking of any kind. Nothing you do while reading it is recorded. Information only reaches me if you deliberately hand it over, by booking a call or sending an email.
I do not buy contact data, scrape it, or add anyone to a mailing list. There is no mailing list.
That is the complete list. I do not use it for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making, and I do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Four third parties are involved in running this site. Each has its own privacy policy, and each processes data on my behalf:
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no tracking or analytics. It stores exactly one thing in your browser: whether you last viewed it in light or dark mode, so the setting survives between pages and visits. That preference never leaves your device and is never sent anywhere.
The embedded Cal.com calendar sets its own cookies when it loads, which it needs in order to work. If you never scroll to the booking section, that calendar never loads.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it, and under the GDPR if you are in the UK or EU, you can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email aaron@aventility.com and I will action it. There is no form and no fee. If you think I have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to your local supervisory authority if you are in the UK or EU.
Cal.com and Google operate internationally, so booking and font-request data may be processed outside India. Both publish their own transfer safeguards in the policies linked above.
This site is aimed at businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
If I add anything that changes what is collected, whether that is analytics, a newsletter or a contact form, I will update this page and change the date at the top before it goes live, not after.
