These terms cover the use of this website and the free introductory call. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Aventility, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

You are welcome to read this site, share it, and quote it with attribution. Do not copy the writing, case studies, or design wholesale and present them as your own work, and do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site.
The call offered on this site is free and carries no obligation on either side. Book only if you intend to attend. You can reschedule or cancel through the link in your confirmation email. If you do not show up and do not cancel, I may decline to rebook.
The call is a diagnostic conversation about your content and where it is losing people before a booked call. Anything I suggest is an opinion based on what you show me in that conversation. It is not a guarantee of any result, and it does not create a client relationship on its own.
Every figure, quote, and case study on this site describes an outcome that actually happened for a specific client in specific circumstances. None of it is a projection, an average, or a promise of what you would get. Content results depend on your offer, your market, your audience, your budget, and how consistently the work is executed. Most of that sits with you, not with me. Nothing here should be read as a guarantee of revenue, leads, followers, views, or booked calls.
What you tell me on the call stays between us. I will not repeat your numbers, strategy, or situation to anyone, and I will not use you as a named example without asking you first.
Scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment terms, ownership of the work, and notice periods are set out in the written agreement for that engagement. Nothing on this website forms part of that contract or overrides it.
The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com and is subject to their terms. Links to other sites are not endorsements, and I am not responsible for what is on them.
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for loss arising from decisions you make based on the information here or on the free call. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not permit it to be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
